• A physical inspection of the vehicle has been completed at our studio
• A written or verbal quotation has been agreed upon between both parties
• A confirmed appointment date has been set

Prices shown in any quotation are subject to final on-site assessment. Any variation in scope or vehicle condition may result in a revised quote, which will be communicated to you before work begins.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments are confirmed by our team after reviewing your enquiry
• Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• For services involving advance material procurement (PPF, custom wraps, etc.), we reserve the right to charge for materials already ordered if a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice

5. Vehicle Care and Liability

• We take all reasonable care with vehicles in our custody
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that were present before the vehicle was brought in, unless agreed in writing before work begins
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect loss arising from service delays
• Customers are advised to remove personal valuables from the vehicle before leaving it with us
• Any concerns about completed work must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted

6. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer
• Goods remain the property of Abhang Detailing Hub until full payment is received

7. Warranty and Aftercare

Warranty terms (where applicable) are communicated separately at the time of service completion. Warranty claims are subject to proper aftercare by the vehicle owner as advised by our team. Misuse, improper washing techniques, or using incorrect products may void warranty coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Abhang Detailing Hub. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.
